After some time in the episode, Anupama received a surprise visit from a new character who is a lawyer and he came to know about her situation and therefore offered help. For Anupama and her academy, this new ally was a sign of hope. The lawyer’s arrival into the narrative introduced a new layer, and maybe some forward momentum for future episodes.
Anupama felt reassured of his promise that they will fight together. This immediately established that this new character would be a big part of the ensuing legal fight, and suddenly there was something to look forward to as for how they might recur in business.
