Bhagya Lakshmi 26th August 2024 Written Update: Lakshmi Confronts Rishi’s Secrets

Well, in yesterday’s episode of Bhagya Lakshmi we watched a turning point between the sides of love for both Lakshi and Rishi. The episode was high on drama with Lakshmi confronting Rishi about the mysteries he has been hiding. Here is a blow by blow account of how this came to pass.

Let us begin our episode with an uncomfortable Lakshmi. For the last couple of days she had observed that Rishi seemed to be withdrawn and unfocused. Something is off about him, and Lakshmi can’t quite put her finger on it. Her suspicion increases after she hears a heartfelt conversation between Rishi and Ayush that gives her the impression but maybe he is hiding something important.

Lakshmi at last bursts with her feelings and is clear for a conversation with Rishi. She wants to know why he is standoffish and what’s still hanging out that she can’t get behind. Taken aback by her direct approach, Rishi deflects but she’s already got the bit between her teeth. Rishi finds he can no longer hide his secrets from Lakshmi, and there is an energy between them that crackles.

Lakshmi demands to know the truth, causing Rishi to come clean. He confesses that he has been having an issue of contribution, which he swore never to discuss with her. Rishi is clearly very upset as he grabs her hand, telling Caitlyn that work has been difficult and one thing in particular could badly impact their family. He says, shamefacedly: “I didn’t want to worry Laksh; I suppose it only drove me further underground.”

The reaction of Lakshmi to the confession of Rishi is caring and compassionate. It stings her that he did not have enough faith in him to tell his stresses earlier but also she is grateful about how protective Saviour was. Is when Lakshmi makes Rishi believe that they work in conjunction and any problem can be simmered if you trust, confide with one another etc. Although the story does create a lot of trouble for him, Rishi has clearly underestimated Lakshmi and how much power lies in her loyalty as she says these words.

The two decide to fight the problem together after revealing the truth to Rishi. They talk about it and they come up with some ideas or make a plan to sort out the problem. It is a heart-to-heart that will characterise the new way he and Lisa communicate, to support each other through tough times. The episode closes with Rishi and Lakshmi both determined to face whatever obstacles they must.

In the other way, Rishi and Lakshmi are involved in their lives on what is wrong with them whereas Malishka has her own issues as well. They were on-again, off-again for a few years and she’s been keeping an eye on their relationship while they’ve lived in the same town together. And when Michael is temporarily weakened as he opens up to Ben about his deepest fears immediately after Trevor calls him out, Caggie smells blood in the water.

Malishka plots to win Rishi back as he hints at those other schemes throughout the episode But now Rishi and the ghost goddess are trying to be even more committed to each other, so it will be interesting to see if Malishka manages to pull off her plans.

The episode does leave viewers with a few questions. If so, can Rishi and Lakshmi stand up against all? Another story will soon see Malishka plans damaging their relationship. And what other things are hiding for us with the couple?
