Lakshmi is in a fix as she starts feeling something for Rishi. Her heart loves him, but in her mind she is getting reminded of the betrayal he did. While Rishi, unable to come to terms with his feelings for Lakshmi. He loves her but has a lot of responsibilities towards Malishka due to being involved in his life.
Lakshmi confides in Shalu her heart of hearts. She admits it is hard for her to get over Rishi but she realizes that healing will come only with moving on. Ayush — who from the beginning knew in his heart that Malishka cannot be trusted, gets an earful and now has the fact he feared most per word. Malishka is not just playing with Rishi’s emotions, but also scheming to oust Lakshmi from his life forever.
Ayush tells Laxmi of Malishka’s lies, who goes to call her immediately. Lakshmi is shocked but she reminds herself not to be hasty. Instead, she chooses to face the music and heads up on stage against Malishka. There is a heated exchange between Lakshmi and Malishka, where Lakshmi demands to know the truth. Malishka attempts to justify herself but her web of lies starts falling apart.
AStarts with Rishi walking in during the confrontation. Here, he is torn between his loyalty for Malishka and his unrequited love for Lakshmi. When the suspense gets pushed to its limit, Rishi finally asks Malishka what exactly is going on? When coerced, Malishka reveals that she was scheming to make sure Rishi stays away from Lakshmi.
This comes as a shock to Rishi who discovers the nautes of her sins for him. Hurt, but composed Lakshmi chooses to exit drama adds thread since she decides not to question him further and hence walk away from Rishi with the aftermath of his decisions. Rishi is taken aback by her composed facade despite having been betrayed, which makes him wonder if he should be with Malishka at all.
With Malishka’s reality being revealed, Rishi now has to deal with the aftermath of what he does. He is heartbroken when he figures out that Malishka was using him all along to create a rift between him and Lakshmi. As Rishi battles his inner demons, Lakshmi seems to be done for good.
However, Lakshmi is on the horns of a dilemma. And she does care much for Rishi, but now there is a sense of her looking out from everything back on to herself. The upcoming episodes are likely to shed some light on whether Lakshmi will give Rishi a second chance or stay the course of self-independence.
