The start of the episode shows Lakshmi engrossed in thoughts where she is struggling between her convictions and what life actually is. While Rishi is seen making efforts to talk to her, Lakshmi looks unsure. Suddenly emotions run over her, you can see that it is getting to be too much โthe air tensing up with the weight of the situation.
Lakshmi is grappling with what it means to want to continue being with Rishi after knowing that they have hurt each other so often. She is confused if forgiving Rishi will make her look weak or if it is a step towards healing. It stands out because we can all identify with her inner struggle between dignity and love in these moments.
The boy shows a 180-degree transformation โ that of Rishi repenting for making Lakshmi suffer. The apology on the other hand seems really genuine, but Lakshmi is not buying it so easily. Also, she has had too much to simply reassume that Nothing Happened. With Lakshmi remaining silent to his efforts of reconciliation, Thamizhvalavan leaves unfulfilled and the emotional distance between them widens.
We can see Rishi genuinely regretting his actions, and whether or not Lakshmi gives him another chance will still be the burning question of her life. Their push and pull from each other still manages to tug at the audienceโs heartstrings.
Of course, the drama is not complete without Malishka. She again shows her marksmanship as she wants to ruin any opportunity where Lakshmi and Rishi can reunite. Malishka is point blank insecure about Rishi hugging his maid and how Lakshmi has made her spend on thatโฆ LOL! She tries to manipulate Rishi playing the victim card asking him to not hold Lakshmi responsible.
But Malishka, despite doing everything she can, finds that Rishi is on the verge of winning Lakshmi over and it only frustrates her. This leaves room for more drama in the forthcoming episodes as Malishka will not accept her defeat so easily.
The episode comes to a head as Lakshmi finally confronts her emotions. But after some thought, she decides perhaps this time it is worth it to stand up. But we donโt know what her choice is (another cliffhanger!). Now, will she leave Rishi as is or forgive him everything and start afresh?
Fans there are eagerly looking forward to which way Lakshmi goes in the future of the storyline. The audience knows very little about Margo, which the writers have handled really well because it adds a lot of layers to her.
Your usual family drama, in between the main plotline. Neelam โ who has always had a bone to pick with Lakshmi, reiterates her worries. The way she talks to Lakshmi makes Laskhmiโs heart heavier. Worn at the same time, some family members are seen supporting Lakshmi while others doubt her intentions with Rishi.
The third episode leaves us with Lakshmi in a highly teary eyed situation, thinking over her future. Special mention to the background score which makes this entire sequence more intense and indicates that revelations will be out soon in the next episode!
As we await Lakshmiโs call, the only question remains what lies ahead. Should she forge ahead solo or finally take a chance on Rishi again? And how will Malishka continue to play spoilsport in their lives?
