She has made up her mind to part ways off Rishi and Lakshmi while taking the place of Lakshmi in his life.

Every scene Malishka is in portrays her manipulative persona so it’s obvious she would move mountains to get what she wants. The backstory of Lakshmi-Nisha is still not known to Malishka, nor is she aware that her influence has brought a new attitude out in Nisha and down on herself as far as relationships with Rishi and Lakshami are concerned.

Close to the conclusion, however, Lakshmi meets a new challenge. The newcomer, who debuts in the episode released today, seems to have a mysterious link to Lakshmi’s history. He knows something about Lakshmi that threatens to blow her world apart. This doesn’t give us any great insight as to this new character, but the intrigue around their arrival is definitely raised.

Today’s episode gets the ball rolling, but leaves enough open ended questions to keep fans speculating. Can Lakshmi keep her family safe from whatever trouble she fears? Will Rishi and Lakshmi’s love hold strong against Malishka’s scheming? But what secret in Lakshmi’s old life could be the key for his present?
