Her planned moves have the audience asking themselves just how far she is prepared to go for what she desires. Rishi is falling deeper into her trap, will he come to his senses before itโs too late?
Lakshmi is consoled by her younger sister, Bani in a moving scene. One of the best scenes from the episode is, when a much-needed emotional heart-to-heart conversation happens between two sisters. Bani looks up to Lakshmi who she tells her sister in so many words that no matter what the challenges is or she might face, she is not alone.
This moment is when Lakshmi shows her vulnerable side and second-guesses if she is doing the right thing. But with bani beside her, Lakshmi gets encouragement to stand tall in spite of how challenging the way ahead is for them.
The Oberoi family gets an unwanted financial setback and their life takes a U-turn. It makes for even more strain on the relationships in this family. Lakshmi is being Lakshmi, as always stepping in and giving us Easy solutions with her suggestions.

Even amidst all the chaos that envelops her, she still manages to remain calm as she is doing everything to keep what is left of her family intact. It is her unfailing commitment to the right, in the face of insurmountable odds that makes Lakshmi a character so universally adored.
