He has realised this and his manipulations have only gotten more premeditated, knowing they can hurt each other makes him horny for the kill.
Now in the forthcoming episode, Prithvi will hatch a new plan to add more spice and hatred between Karan (Dheeraj Dhoopar) and Preeta. He wants to create a permanent rift between the two, and in todayโs episode we see him sowing seeds of distrust in Karan. Prithvi is likely to make more evil plans in the upcoming episodes, and it will be interesting for fans to see how Karan and Preeta manage this twist.

That being said, their love might have taken a hit but itโs still there and so fans are hoping that they can find some way to make it through this.
