The episode starts as Preeta is still trying to find out what happened that could lead her to forget the times with Karan. Though he definitely loves Preeta still, his current wife Nidhi is a nice woman and Ratan can’t seem to figure out whether or not it’s worth risking everything… for the one that got away. Today’s episode depicts the struggle Karan has against his own self.
In an emotional conversation with his brother Rishabh, Karan confesses that he is beginning to feel trapped by the web of lies. Rishabh says that he should speak to Preeta before things go out of the way. But Karan is scared of losing everything, especially his family’s sanity. These pictures show a glimpse of the past which Shaurya has absolutely no idea about – Preeta being related to his family before she went into a coma. Flipping the pictures, he realises that Preeta means a lot more to him than what he takes her for. Shaurya is stunned and we wonder if he will finally confront Nidhi or Karan about the real fact, winning an inquisitive reaction from Luthra house.
Meanwhile, Nidhi is doing everything she can to get Preeta and Karan away from each other. Nidhi realises that things are getting conjured up out of her hands and she should take firm steps. Preeta and she both meet the private investigator in today’s episode itself asking him to investigate Preeta more thoroughly. Karan gets shaken and he tries to stray away from the topic but hesitates because lying in front of Preeta is beyond his capacity. The Chemistry between them is powerful and one feels the viewers must be waiting to see how Karan speaks out.
In the next episode’s promo, we witness Shaurya confronting Nidhi regarding the photographs and demanding an answer. On the other hand, we also see Karan at his weakest moment as he is about to reveal his emotions for Preeta.
