His brazen act will cause a stir in the village as everyone starts to wonder if this is when Karma finally catches up to Corrupt politicians. Its Arjun’s relentless pursuit for justice makes him unique and that is on full display in this episode when the young man comes forward to justification.
Meanwhile, there are problems galore for Arjun in his romantic life as he gets ready to get rid of Jagmohan. His fiancee Maya has been concerned for his safety since he became embroiled in this dangerous case. In the latest episode, her relationship with Arjun is put to even more pressure as Maya pleads for him to drop the case and think about a future together.
Certainly Maya’s worry here is legitimate, and we can even see the strain it puts on her. The kicker is that she really loves ArjunNazrul and doesn’t want to lose him in this world so unspeakably dangerous, accompanied by him only makes it ten times worse. The back and forth between them is emotional, with Maya desperately pleading for Quaid to leave the football field if it means saving his life.
But this is as far as Arjun’s duty allows; After a valiant attempt to comfort Maya, he makes it clear that there will be no standing down for him. This of course adds a layer to the story as we actually get to see Arjun torn between his personal life and the business side.
It appears as though Arjun has the upper hand when Jagmohan strikes back. This brings Jagmohan into the picture and he uses his political clout to defame Arjun. He enlists the local goons to create havoc in the village trying to show as if Arjun’s investigation has only brought chaos for a harmonious society.
Arjun was stuck in a catch-22 situation due to Jagmohan’s smart move. In the village, where he used to be trusted, residents began suspecting him …. The storm in the glass of water is increasing. Arjun has begun to have doubts then, and when even his colleagues express their concern that he may be doing the wrong thing, it gets substantially tougher for him.
But Arjun is still persevering despite mounting opposition. Backed by some of his loyal entourage, he still gets evidence gathering against Jagmohan. This episode is an indication of how Arjun stands on his own2 feet as a police officer. The force of justice within him never falters, and that is something which makes the audience want to see him succeed.
One of these henchmen, however, is caught red-handed by Arjun in a dramatic setting which gives the evidence needed to turn around this case. The fighter in Arjun (Ajit Sathaar), gets the much-required energy nevertheless the battle has to be won. At the end of the episode, one wonders whether that small victory is enough to defeat this formidable politician.

This gives his story a degree of depth and resonance, while being so transient ensures Arjun’s resignation to set about fighting corruption even if it causes him misery makes for relatable conflict.
Not yet over the line, and with Jagmohan coming upon Maya Clownfish-and-jumpers this week followed by a stressed out Maya despite everything making false guarantees like we as a whole did when we said summer plans would in any case be feasible back toward the beginning of April, I just can’t wait to see what Else This Cycle brings.
