It started with Sachin taking over Paresh from the news of a severe heart attack, Though Paresh is rushed to the hospital, he end up suffering some heart condition which could have been due to inadequate blood circulation and hence no doctors are in a position yet to offer any clarity. According to the doctor, Sachin has been tested multiple times and although the problem is not directly identified with who he is, his condition can be partially attributed to how “he’s just built a little different internally on his anatomy than most other kids”, leaving Sachin and family in shock. Renuka is seen in tears scolding Sachin for the situation, and he prays that his father should recover soon. When Renuka grows restless, Roshni and Tejas speak to her in hushed voices, telling her that she should have something to eat.
On the other hand at Shobha’s house she asks her doughter sayali to talk to her husband sachin. But Sayali refuses to call him back, also upset that he did not care enough to meet her the night before. So she goes there in anger, but decides not to go to the house of Inlaws Until Sachin asks personally for her. In turn, Shobha is scared that the couple might lose each other but Sayali has now made up her mind. Her sister Juhi says her to start looking for a job, but Sayali stares making calls to the decorators as she thinks of stepping back in the industry.
When Sayali is on the street, she gets to know paresh in a very critical condition in hospital. At the news, she runs madly to the hospital heart beating in fear. Renuka, unable to control her tears and filled with guilt for lashing out earlier, Tejas comes to her asking her to eat something. She thinks about how Paresh would look after Renuka when she was ill; that she will just have to cuff through her crying and make sure she is not going home on her own.
Sayali comes to hospital and she is firm on meeting Paresh. The receptionist gives her Corey’s cabin number and she heads there. But the moment she steps in, Renuka and others starts pointing finger at Sayali for Sachin’s behaviour and consequently Paresh’s health getting deteriorated. Sayali tries to interrupt asserting that she took always care of her father in law and did everything for him, but Renuka is only too happy to continue, with Tejas and his wife piling on the accusations.
Sayali tries to see Paresh, but guard strictly refuses and she break down compelled her forcibly from the cabin by not letting her even to see him on one last time. In no time, Sachin too comes in after speaking to the doctor. Little did he realise, Sayali been there to meet Paresh.
In all this turmoil, Renuka still carries her regret and Sayali still feels unfairly accused. Sachin returns home, unaware of Sayali at the hospital, and episode bids farewell one such family face off which may lead to more meeting and piece together.
